Like a recipe for a favourite dish, the road to restoring balance will often include more than one single ingredient. As you aim to improve the flow of your life energy and to listen and trust your intuition, the best view to take may be that of creating your own personal recipe in a test kitchen where almost every ingredient under the sun is available.
Ingredients can include everything from adjunctive therapies like functional or alternative medicine, creative outlets, fitness regimes, social activities, counselling, medication, change in diet, colour therapy, aromatherapy, various forms of connecting with nature and much much more.... keep an open mind and be curious!

Taking a multifaceted approach can promote a level of deeper healing where we begin addressing and supporting various aspects of our overall health. The key is to move at our own pace and to not feel overwhelmed by all the different options. No need to tackle too much at once. Restoring balance by releasing imbalances is very much like an evenly spaced line of dominos, we only need to start by knocking down one and the rest will follow. Even by making one small improvement, we can start to see
some positive shifts and with it a better lit and brighter path forward.
